heya! i'm back from the 4 day trip to malaysia. i didnt post abt leaving for it cos i was busy packing at the last minute, haha. anyway, i left on the 19th. the bus left church at abt 7 plus for the customs and whatnot. after that would be the estimated 6 hrs ride there on the promised 'luxury' bus. i was thinking abt those with double decked super nice leather chairs and a tv behind every chair kind of bus. but..no! it was just an extra roomy bus. haha! seriously! my bus had a small tv right in front and was showing transporter 3,i was half watching it and half listening to music. anyway, i cant really remember how long it took but we stopped at yong peng for awhile. then it was another dunno how many hours ride to some chinese restaurant for lunch, then it was chiong to kuantan. all in all, we left church at 7 plus, and reached the resort place at 4 plus!! that's a freaking 9 hrs journey!! the place is super nice with fountains here and there in the lobby and a mini grand piano in the middle of this platform surrounded by water. too bad i forgot to take a picture of it..while everyone was settling down in their rooms, gideon, gabriel, joe and i had to chiong set up all the instruments for our praise and worship sessions in this place called the hibiscus hall. after that it was more or less slack til sleep, haha.

throughout the entire 4 days i never once slept in cos i always had to wake up early to practice the songs for the praise and worship sessions. AND MY PHONE KEPT DYING ON ME!!!!!!! it died on the trip there, i charged it that night, and it dies the next evening..i seriously dunno wad's wrong with it, haha. joseph and i skipped the games thingy to mug in his room, it was successful mugging (: oh! on the second night we all went to this bar where i ordered this drink called virgin mary. IT TASTED TERRIBLE! it was some tomato thingy with i-dunno-wad with it and some weird chilli sauce on top of it! the drink was circulated and i got to see everyone's face of disgust when they drank it, haha! my phone was dead then so i couldnt take a picture of it.

anyway, on everyday there was a sermon and a discussion time with our discussion groups. the message was more or less on the theme of the retreat ''unity in mission'' the speaker was quite good, haha. oh, here are some of the pictures i managed to take
